Phaneuf got traded to Toronto where his defensive play has had its good days and its bad days.
David Ospina Jersey . The
embarrassing plays have continued as we recently saw this massive collision with his own teammate. Would this
happen to any other player but Dion Phaneuf? :But still he has gained many fans in Toronto, especially when he
takes out rivals with their heads down:The high risk high reward style of Phaneuf could not have been more evident
during last years playoffs. After poorly executing a pinch in Game 4 and costing the Leafs the game, it seemed like
everyone in Toronto had finally had enough of their captain:But of course what did Phaneuf do next in that series?
He pinched again, and it worked. In Game 6 he jumped up in the play and scored a third period goal which propelled
the Leafs to victory:Redemption. That took a lot of guts considering what happened the last time he pinched at
home.It is clear that Phaneuf brings the good and the bad no matter where he plays. It will be interesting to see how
the Leafs end up handling him. Do you think he should be traded, or kept as the captain of the Maple Leafs? Tweet

REGINA -- The Canadian Football Leagues Saskatchewan Roughriders are getting a new stadium that is being
described as iconic and bold. Blake Swihart Red

that can be expanded to hold 40,000 fans for special events. The stadium is to have wider seats, a sunken bowl for
easier spectator access and expansive concourses. Rider board chairman Roger Branvold says the $278-million
stadium will make for a better game day experience for fans. The team also announced that its future home will
continue to carry the name Mosaic Stadium when it hosts its first CFL game in June 2017. The current stadium,
near downtown Regina, originally started as a rugby field in 1910, and is known for wind that will knock your socks

competitive golf over the past four years.OAKLAND, Calif. -- Josh Donaldson swiped the spotlight from Manny
Machado in the biggest way he could. Donaldson hit a three-run homer in the bottom of the ninth inning, sending
the Oakland Athletics to a stunning 5-4 comeback victory over the Baltimore Orioles on Friday night. "Certainly
theres a little irony involved in the whole thing," As manager Bob Melvin said. Donaldsons drive over the wall in
centre field on a sinker from Zach Britton (3-2) sent the As streaming out of the dugout in front of an announced
crowd of 27,232 at the Coliseum. It was the All-Star third basemans 21th homer of the season, fifth career game-
ending hit, and third career game-ending homer -- including the second this season. But this one was even sweeter
for Donaldson and the As because it took the attention away from Machado, who hit a go-ahead two-run homer in
the seventh after creating an even bigger stir with his bat the last time he faced Oakland. Machado threw his bat
near Donaldson at third base during a plate appearance in Oaklands win at Baltimore last month after reliever
Fernando Abad threw consecutive high-and-inside pitches. Machado was suspended five games and was fined an
undisclosed amount. Abad was fined but not suspended. In the opener of that series, Machado yelled in Donaldsons
face after the third baseman tagged him on the chest, knocking Machado off his feet. The dugouts cleared briefly.
Machado, who also singled in the fifth, said before Fridays game he has moved on from the incident. Melvin also said
nobody on his club had even talked about it since. "When you see J.D. come up in the ninth, you kind of have that
feeling, Really? Could this happen?" Melvin said. "And it did." Donaldson said he sympathized with the boos Machado
endured from As fans during pregame introductions, when he ran to his spot at third base and every time he was
announced at the plate. But he said he tried "not to get caught up in all that jazz" and instead focus on the task at
hand. "I enjoy those moments," he said. "Its one of those things where youve got to try to relish the opportunity,
and anytime I can step up to the plate with an at-bat to help our team win the game or win the game right there, I
feel beetter about it. Rusney Castillo
Jersey. ." Machado quieted the hoots and hollers with his 10th homer of the season in the seventh to put the
Orioles ahead 4-2. A fan threw the ball back on the field, and others stood and booed as he rounded the bases.
Machado high-fived teammates back in the dugout. "The booing is part of the game and I have to get used to it,"
Machado said. "You have to be able to block it out. You just try and channel your energy to do well. I have to gain
everyones respect back from everyone that I let down." Jonathan Schoop hit a two-run homer in the fifth that
appeared to be enough for the AL East-leading Orioles. But beating the best team in baseball -- especially at home --
has never been easy this season. Eric OFlaherty (1-0) tossed one scoreless inning for the win as Oakland (60-36)
extended the majors best record. It was just the type of victory that showed why the two-time defending AL West
champion As have major expectations, especially after acquiring pitchers Jeff Samardzija and Jason Hammel from the
Chicago Cubs on July 4. Samardzija looked ready to lose his second straight solid start for Oakland. He gave up six
hits -- including the two homers -- in seven innings. John Jasos RBI double in the third gave Oakland a 1-0 lead, and
Derek Norris ninth homer in the fifth tied it 2-2. That was all the As could muster against Chris Tillman the first 6 2-
3 innings. Baltimore had retired 10 straight batters until Yoenis Cespedes singled leading off the ninth. Brandon Moss
followed with another single before Donaldsons homer handed Britton his third blown save in 18 opportunities this
season and gave the As another memorable victory in a season already full of them. NOTES: Cespedes, the two-time
reigning Home Run Derby champion, snapped an 0-for-19 skid -- the longest hitless streak of his career -- with two
singles. ... Orioles RHP Ubaldo Jimenez, on the disabled list since July 11 with a sprained right ankle, is scheduled to
throw a bullpen session Sunday and could make a rehabilitation start in the minors in the middle of next week. ...

ANNAPOLIS, Md. Chris Heisey Nationals
Jersey . -- Maryland had just marched 99 yards to take a fourth-quarter lead, and it was up to Marshall to either
respond or succumb. "These kids never flinched," coach Doc Holliday said. "The one thing I like about this group is
that it didnt matter." With standout quarterback Rakeem Cato leading the way, the Thundering Herd scored two
touchdowns in the final 12 minutes to pull out a 31-20 victory Friday. Cato went 28 for 44 for 337 yards and three
touchdowns with no interceptions. The most notable part about his performance was that he saved the best for last.
Marshall (10-4) trailed 20-17 before Cato brought them back. After directing a 63-yard march to put Marshall up 24-
20 with 12:05 left, Cato clinched it with an 8-yard touchdown throw to Gator Hoskins with 3:42 to play. Cato had a
brilliant season before this game, throwing for 3,579 yards and 36 touchdowns. But this performance -- on a
national stage against an Atlantic Coast Conference foe -- served as the perfect finish. "I tell the guys all the time,
Big-time players make big-time plays in a big-time game, and this was a big-time game," Cato said. He had plenty of
help. Hoskins had six catches for 104 yards and two scores, Tommy Shuler caught nine passes for 68 yards and a
touchdown, punter Tyler Williams pinned the Terrapins inside the 10 four times, and Marshalls underappreciated
defence played a huge role. Maryland (7-6) scored only one touchdown after halftime, and A.J. Leggett followed
Catos final TD pass with an interception to set off a celebration among the huge gathering of Marshall fans among
the crowd of 30,163. "Its a great way to send the seniors out," Holliday said. Making its first bowl appearance under
third-year coach Randy Edsall, Maryland closed out its association with the ACC by falling to the runner-up in
Conference USA. The Terrapins will join the Big Ten next year. Despite the loss, Maryland had its first winning season
since 2010 and finished with more victories than in Edsalls first two years combined. "I think this season really
helped us as we leave the ACC and enter the Big Ten," Edsall said. Brandon Ross rushed for 116 yards for Maryland,
and C.J. Brown went 14 for 24 for 197 yards. Although the Terrapins amassed 391 yards, they converted only two of
14 third-down tries. "We kept hurting ourselves with penalties, little things that were not helping us on first and
second down which were creating unmanageable third downs," Brown said. "There wasnt anything they did that we
hadnt seen before." After a whirlwind first half that produced 30 points and 24 first downs, the teams settled into a
defensive struggle in the third quarter. Each of the first four possessions ended in punts, but on the last one Marshall
pinned the Terrapins on their own 1. In the same situation earlier in the game, Maryland ran three times for 2 yards
and punted. This time, the Terrapins put together a 17-play drive that included a pair of fourth down conversions
and lasted for 7 minutes, 44 seconds. The 99-yard march ended with a 2-yard pass from Brown to tight end Dave
Stinebaugh, giving Maryland a 20-17 lead with 14:56 left. Marshall was quick to respond. Cato completed two third-
down passes, and Essray Taliaferro ran in from the 7 to make it 24-20. "To be able to answer back like that was
huge," Holliday said. Brown subsequently came up short on a third-and-5 bootleg, providing Cato the opportunity to
put the game away. Although the Terrapins got the stop they needed, Cato came up big during the next series. After
completing a 28-yard pass to Hoskins on third-and-11, Cato connected with Hoskins again in the end zone. It was
Hoskins second touchdown of the game and 15th of the season, most in the nation for tight ends. Cato went 16 for
25 for 193 and two touchdowns in the first half to provide the Thundering Herd with a 17-13 lead. After pinning the
Terrapins near their own goal line, Marshall went up 7-0 with a 37-yard drive that ended with Catos 1-yard
touchdown pass to Shuler. Maryland tied it with a 29-yard touchdown throw from Brown to Levern Jacobs, but the
Thundering Herd promptly regained the lead with a lengthy march that produced an 8-yard touchdown pass from
Cato to Hoskins. After Maryland kicked a field goal, Marshall got one of its own for a 17-10 lead. Near the end of the
half, Maryland moved 81 yards in 10 plays to set up Brad Craddock for his second field goal. On this day, the
Terrapins needed touchdowns to overcome Cato and Marshalls formidable attack. "The problem we had was we got
down there in the red zone and ended up kicking field goals," Edsall lamented.

League post-season picture. With timely hitting and good pitching, the Marlins are one win away from sweeping the
slumping Houston Astros. Giancarlo Stanton hit a three-run double, and Jordany Valdespin added a two-run home
run to power the Marlins to a 7-3 victory over Houston on Saturday night. Stantons double in the second inning
broke a 2-2 tie. Christian Yelich had two hits, including an RBI single as part of the four-run frame. Valdespin hit his
first homer of the season in the ninth off Chad Qualls. The Marlins have won six of seven. "To come here and to keep
going and to keep competing and keeping that good feeling going, Im very happy," Miami manager Mike Redmond
said. "Were going to be tested. A lot of good teams left to play and a lot of ground to make up, but Im very happy
with where were at right now." Stanton said a sweep against the Astros would put the Marlins in a good position.
"We have to get sweeps in series like this," Stanton said. "You always say you sweep guys like this, and you stay
afloat against the guys on the top. A sweep is three games gained instead of one." The Marlins were able to capitalize
on starter Jarred Cosarts wildness when he walked the bases loaded in the second, setting up the run-scoring hits by
Yelich and Stanton. "Its just who is able to capitalize the most is who is able to stay afloat and win games," Stanton
said. "You arent always going to be able to capitalize, but the more you do, the more you are going to be in good
shape. Weve been doing all right lately." Tom Koehler (7-7) gave up three runs and nine hits with two strikeouts in
five innings. "I walked that tight rope that whole day and fortunately enough, I stayed balanced enough to get
through five," Koehler said. "I handed it over to the bullpen who did a great job." Jason Castro had two hits,
including a two-run home run in the first that put the Astros up 2-1. Jose Altuve added three hits for Houston, which
lost its fourth straight and fell a season-high 20 games below .500 (42-62). Cosart (9-7) allowed five runs and seven
hits with four strikeouts and four walks in 5 2-3 innings. [url=http://www.baseballnationalsauthority.com/Ryan-

runs in 21 1-3 innings over four starts. "Tale of two innings, obviously," Cosart said. "Pretty self-explanatory. Its the
same as always when I have a bad game. I just didnt throw strikes." Carter cut the lead to 5-3 with an RBI single in
the fifth. Casey McGehee gave Miami a 1-0 lead with an RBI single in the first. Houston left runners in scoring
position in each inning from the second to the seventh. Altuve and Marwin Gonzalez started the third with singles
before Carter lined a ball to Koehler that went off the right-handers back and was caught by shortstop Adeiny
Hechavarria. Koehler struck out Castro and Matt Dominguez to end the inning. "It was kind of weird," Koehler said of
the out. "It used my back as a ramp to get to (Hechavarria). We looked, and after icing my shoulder, my shoulder
was redder than my back. There is not really proof that I got hit, which is good." The Astros went 1 for 9 with
runners in scoring position against Koehler and finished 1 for 12 overall. "We had some opportunities and, you know,
had the right guys out there," Houston manager Bo Porter said. "We hit one line drive off the pitchers back or
shoulder and the short stop catches the ball. Its just one of those things. We had some opportunities. We were just
not able to get the big hit." NOTES: After the game, Houston placed RHP Josh Zeid on the disabled list with a left foot
injury. The Astros also optioned RHP Brad Peacock to Triple-A Oklahoma City to work on his fastball command, Porter
said. LHP Brett Oberholtzer will start in Peacocks place Monday against Oakland. ... Houston RHP Collin McHugh will
be activated from the disabled list to start on Sunday. McHugh, 4-8 with a 3.28 ERA, has been out since July 7
because of an injury to his right middle finger. McHugh, who last started in the majors on July 6 in a loss at the Los

doping history to finally close an era dominated by Lance Armstrong. Almost 18 months after Armstrongs seven Tour
wins were wiped from the record, an independent panel created by the new International Cycling Union leadership
has begun work to discover the extent of the sports past problems. "I hope that anyone who does have anything to
contribute would get involved." Froome told The Associated Press in an interview on Tuesday. The three-man Cycling
Independent Reform Commission aims to investigate how doping happened from 1998-2013 and possible UCI
complicity in helping Armstrong and his teams avoid scrutiny. "I am hoping that at the end of the day people will be
able to say of it, Right, that was that era, we can now put that to bed and stop asking questions about it," Froome
said. Armstrong and former UCI presidents Hein Verbruggen and Pat McQuaid will be invited for confidential, closed-
door interviews with the panel which is based at Lausanne, Switzerland. None of the trio has committed publicly to
meeting with the panel, which is chaired by Swiss politician and prosecutor Dick Marty. Froome said the panel could
engage "not just necessarily those three, but anyone really who is part of that era and can contribute to resolving
it." "Its going to be more negative publicity for the sport. Thats never good," Froome acknowledged. The Team Sky
leader, who made a winning return to racing last month at the Tour of Oman, said he had not heard much tallk
about the commission among current riders, who must help restore the sports credibility.

his Tour title on July 5 in northern England -- probably with 2012 winner Bradley Wiggins alongside him. "Im
confident whoever is in there, we are going to have the strongest team possible," said Froome, whose frayed
relationship with Wiggins was mended in the off-season. "He can do a lot of damage to the peloton. Hes one of the
best climbers in the world and we know his time trialing ability." Froome expects to follow the path both he and
Wiggins followed to Tour success, competing in -- and winning -- stage-race preparations at the Tour de Romandie in
Switzerland and Criterium de Dauphine in France. "I think it would be crazy to really change things up too much,"
Froome said. "We found it has been a good system that has worked quite well for us." Speaking at the Geneva Motor
Show, on the sidelines of a Team Sky sponsors event, Froome said extra work being a Tour champion was "a bit of a
juggling act" with his training program. Still, the Oman victory suggests he got the balance right. "It just backs up
that I have had a really good winter preparation," Froome said. "Im where I need to be for the season coming up."

The Tampa Bay Lightning might have to start their post-Olympic schedule the way they headed into the break:
waiting on Steven Stamkos. Tampa Bay Times reporter Damian Cristodero Tweeted out Wednesday that Stamkos
may not be ready to return once the Lightning schedule resumes on Feb. 27 against the Nashville Predators.
"Stamkos said he has an X-ray likely on Monday," he wrote. "Best case he plays on road trip after break. Worst case
he is ready for homestand on March 6." The 24-year-old centre suffered a broken leg on Nov. 11 and has continued
to rehabilitate the injury in both on- and off-ice workouts over the past month. Stamkos had hoped of returning to
the Lightning lineup before the Olympic break and potentially claim his spot on the Canadian mens Olympic hockey

7-5 Sunday in the final of the Paris Masters. The second-seeded Serb won his 17th straight match to capture his
sixth title this season. Ferrer led 5-3 in each set, but Djokovic came back both times and clinched the victory when
the Spaniard sent a forehand into the net. Djokovic, who still has a slim chance to finish the season ahead of No. 1
Rafael Nadal in the rankings, hit 34 winners to 15 for Ferrer and won 15 of 18 net points. Ferrer troubled Djokovic
early in the match with his deep groundstrokes, and hit a backhand drop shot to break for a 3-2 lead. But Djokovic
started plaaying more aggressively, and broke back in the 10th game with a forehand winner down the
line.dddddddddddd The Serb went a set up when Ferrers forehand sailed long. However, Djokovic dropped serve in
the opening game of the second set and then needed to hit two straight forehand winners to save two break points
at 2-0. Despite numerous backhand errors, Djokovic kept the pressure on Ferrer, who again failed to serve out the
set at 5-4. Djokovic capitalized on a long forehand from the Spaniard to break back before hitting an ace for a 6-5
lead. Djokovic improved to 11-5 against Ferrer, who was looking to become the first player to win back-to-back Paris
Masters titles. Cheap NFL Jerseys

PHILADELPHIA -- This was more like last years Eagles. [url=http://www.officialrangersauthority.com/mike-gartner-
rangers-jersey-c-23/]Mike Gartner Rangers Jersey . Nick Foles threw one touchdown pass and led Philadelphias
starting offence to three first-half scores in a 31-21 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night. "I feel
were improving every week," Foles said. "We have to keep moving forward." Steelers running backs LeVeon Bell and
LeGarrette Blount both played one day after they were arrested for marijuana possession shortly before Pittsburgh
(1-2) travelled to Philadelphia (1-2). "Im sorry to be a distraction to the team but Im only going to answer football
questions now," Bell said. Blount also would only answer football questions. "I just want to apologize to my team, to
the coach and the organization for causing that distraction," he said. Eagles All-Pro running back LeSean McCoy left
the game with a right thumb injury after a 22-yard TD catch gave Philadelphia a 7-0 lead. X-rays on McCoys thumb
were negative, but he didnt return. McCoy showed no effects of a toe injury that forced him to miss one practice
earlier in the week. "Its no big deal," Eagles coach Chip Kelly said. The Eagles first-team offence had only one
touchdown on six drives in road losses to Chicago and New England. But they looked more like the unit that set
several franchise records in 2013. "We have a lot we can improve on," Foles said. "Its important not to get
complacent." Foles was 19 of 29 for 179 yards and threw one interception. He led the offence to 17 points and 251
total yards before giving way to Mark Sanchez in the third quarter. Starting wide receivers Jeremy Maclin and Riley
Cooper played their first game together, combining for nine catches for 68 yards. The Steelers couldnt get going
against Philadelphias first-team defence. Ben Roethlisberger tossed a 27-yard TD pass to Heath Miller in the third
quarter against the backups. "Were not worried about it. Its preseason," Blount said. Roethlisberger finished 15 of 24
for 157 yards, one TD and one interception. Bell had nine carries for 23 yards and Blount ran seven times for 32
yards. Rookie linebacker Ryan Shazier had six tackles after an impressive debut last week against the Bills. The
Steelers werent happy with their defensive effort. "Im just ticked," end Cameron Heyward said. "We all have to look
at each other in the mirror. Were not going to settle for anything less. We know when we put on this jersey, it
represents a lot. We might not be the same players but we have to step up, make plays and focus." Foles got the
offence rolling on the second possession. He connected with Maclin for 7 yards on third-and-5 and then hit Brent
Celek for a 23-yard catch-and-run. A holding call on William Gay kept the drive alive when Foles threw incomplete on
third down. Foles then tossed a screen pass to McCoy on third-and-10 from the Steelers 22. McCoy did the rest,
following a takeout block by Todd Herremans into the end zone. Foles completed seven straight passes after misfiring
on six of his first 10 throws. He was 6 for 6 for 56 yards on the third drive, which ended with Darren Sproles running
in from the 1 for a 14-0 lead. Foles threw his third interception of the preseason when Troy Polamalu picked off a
pass in the second quarter. The Pro Bowl MVP quarterback threw only two interceptions on 350 pass attempts last
year, including the playoffs. He had 27 TD passes in the regular season, setting an NFL record for best
TD/interception ratio. Matthew Tucker had a pair of 1-yard TD runs for the Eagles in the second half. Pittsburghs
Bruce Gradkowski threw a 33-yard TD pass to Darrius Heyward-Bey and a 3-yard TD pass to Martavis Bryant in the
fourth quarter. NOTES: Sanchez was 7 of 9 for 85 yards. ... Gradkowski was 8 of 11 for 105 yards and two TDs. ...
Steelers K Shaun Suisham missed a 46-yarder wide left. ... Eagles K Alex Henery made a 36-yarder, but missed from
31. "Obviously, you have to make a field goal like that," Kelly said. ... Rookie K Cody Parkey, acquired from
Indianapolis on Wednesday night, made an extra point and had a couple long kickoffs. ... Nolan Carroll picked off
Roethlisberger in the second quarter. [url=http://www.officialrangersauthority.com/ron-greschner-rangers-jersey-c-

bolster its attack and midfield, Toronto FC has turned its attention to the backline by acquiring American defender
Justin Morrow from the San Jose Earthquakes in exchange for allocation money. The deal also adds experience to
Torontos young roster. In four years with the Quakes, Morrow has played in 71 regular-season games and two
playoff games with 65 starts. Only Toronto midfielder Jeremy Hall (114) has played more MLS games. "In Morrow,
we are adding a young all-star calibre player to our back line," Toronto general manager Tim Bezbatchenko said in a
release Tuesday. "Justins steady presence, versatility and MLS experience make him a great addition to the club."
The move beefs up the Toronto backline with the 26-year-old Morrow able to play both fullback and centre-back.
Morrow adds depth to captain Steven Caldwell and Doneil Henry in the middle of defence and will likely challenge
Ashtone Morgan at left back. Mark Bloom appears to have inherited the right back position from Englands Richard
Eckersley, who is likely to move on once the team buys out the $500,000-plus last year of a contract renegotiated
to make the number more palatable in 2013. Fullbacks Jonas Elmer and Ryan Richter and centre back Gale
Agbossoumonde are also on the Toronto roster. Torontos defence, in a state of flux for the first half of the season,
yielded 47 goals in 2013. That was down from 62 in 2012 but still ranked 14th in the 19-team league. Morrow, who
made US$139,562 last season with San Jose, has two career goals. Its the latest in a series of off-season movess by
Toronto FC as it bids to leave a 6-17-11 season far behind it. [url=http://www.sabreshockeystore.us/Alexander-

designated player. Jermain Defoe is expected to join him in the January transfer window in a megabucks deal that
will make the Spurs and England forward the face of the Toronto franchise. While club officials have not confirmed
the signing of Defoe, privately they see it as a done deal. The firing of Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas is a
complication given the new boss might be more amenable to trying to keep Defoe. TFC officials hope that any such
wooing will be too little, too late. Toronto also recently traded away the rights to goalie Stefan Frei and midfielder
Bobby Convey for draft picks, acquired Brazilian midfielder Jackson from FC Dallas and re-signed goalie Joe Bendik to a
new deal. Toronto also appointed Greg Vanney as assistant GM and head of its academy. San Jose picked Morrow in
the second round -- 28th overall -- of the 2010 MLS SuperDraft. Morrow also started for the U.S. in a 0-0 friendly
against Canada last January and was on the bench for World Cup qualifying matches against Costa Rica and Mexico
in March. Judging from his Twitter account, Morrow is a Cleveland Browns fan with a sweet tooth and a taste for
travel. He played collegiate soccer at Notre Dame where he made 89 appearances in four seasons. Having played
under Notre Dame coach Bobby Clark while he was in charge of Stanford, Nelsen takes the Fighting Irish connection
seriously. Morrow joins forward Bright Dike as Notre Dame alumni on the Toronto team.

just miss the BCS. Maybe? It sort of worked out this season. Top-ranked Florida State (13-0) was the only team to
get through the regular season unbeaten, and the Seminoles did it in dominating fashion. Novak Djokovic and Tomas
Berdych both did what was expected of them to leave the Davis Cup final between Serbia and defending champion
Czech Republic level at 1-1 after the opening day. Djokovic overcame some early nerves to beat Radek Stepanek 7-5,
6-1, 6-4 in the first singles match and Berdych then swept past rookie Dusan Lajovic 6-3, 6-4, 6-3 on the indoor
hard court at Belgrade Arena. With their formidable 13-1 record in Davis Cup doubles, Berdych and Stepanek have a
chance to give the Czechs the lead in the best-of-five series Saturday. It was still unclear whether Djokovic would
play doubles or rest for Sundays reverse singles. Djokovic earned his 23rd consecutive victory since losing to Rafael
Nadal in the U.S. Open final in September but struggled a bit in the first set. He broke Stepanek to go up 4-2 but had
to save two break points in the next game and failed to serve out the set at 5-3, when he committed a series of
errors. However, he broke again in the 12th game to take the lead. "I was a bit nervous in the first set," Djokovic
said. "It was very important to win that one against high-quality player like Radek." The second-ranked Serb held
serve the rest of the match -- saving seven break points in all, while converting five of six he created. "Whenever I
would face (break points) I would come up with some big serves," Djokovic said. "I think that is what helped me
sttay confident in those moments. [url=http://www.nbawarriorsauthority.com/mitch-richmond-warriors-jersey-c-

prevented him from getting another break. "The first set was really high quality, and so was the third," the Czech
veteran said. "His defence is the best in the world, he proved that with his movement that he showed around the
court. He always makes you play an extra shot." Berdych broke once in each of the first two sets, and twice in the
third to wrap up the win 2 hours, 54 minutes against Lajovic. The 23-year-old Serb, who has a 5-12 record on the
ATP tour, replaced Janko Tipsarevic, who missed the final with a heel injury. "It was a tough one, playing the guy I
actually saw for the first time on court," Berdych said. "He had nothing to lose. These situations are not easy. I am
glad I was able to make it happen in straight sets." Berdych said he hoped the Czechs would decide the final before a
potentially decisive match against Djokovic on Sunday. "When you look at Novak and how he is playing its like
Playstation. So the best way is to unplug electricity." "Im happy how I played," Lajovic said. "Im sure that many of
the spectators did not even know how I look like." The Czechs are in the final for the third time in five years. Serbia
won its only Davis Cup title in Belgrade in 2010, beating France.

NEW YORK -- Paul Millsap had 27 points and 10 rebounds, and the Atlanta Hawks moved to the verge of a playoff
spot with a 93-88 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Friday night. [url=http://www.soccerspainfansshop.com/Cesc-
Fabregas-UEFA-European-Spain-Jersey/]Cesc Fabregas Spain Jersey . The Hawks could have clinched the final
Eastern Conference berth had the Knicks lost in Toronto. Instead, Atlanta remained two games up with three to
play, needing just one more win or New York loss to secure its post-season place. Jeff Teague added 22 points for the
Hawks, who won for just the fifth time in 13 games and are only 36-43, but that might be good enough in the East.
He frequently took advantage of a matchup with little brother Marquis, forced to play extended minutes while the
Nets rested some regulars. Atlanta was just 1 of 19 from 3-point range, but hit 20 of its 21 free throws. Mason
Plumlee scored 17 points and Marcus Thornton had 14 for the Nets, who had their franchise-record, 15-game home
winning streak snapped. Brooklyn, likely locked into the No. 5 seed, rested starters Deron Williams (right patella
tendinitis) and Shaun Livingston, who missed his second straight with a sprained right big toe. Paul Pierce had 13
points for the Nets, becoming the 18th player in NBA history with 25,000. But he was just 2 of 6 from the free
throw line and 1 of 7 behind the arc. Atlanta can wrap up its spot by beating Miami at home on Saturday. The Hawks
opened their largest lead at 64-53 midway through the third quarter after a run of seven straight points, but the
Nets made 10 of 16 shots in the period and were back within 74-73 heading to the fourth. Jeff Teague, about 4 1/2
years older than Marquis, couldnt hide a big grin in the fourth quarter when a crossover dribble caused Marquis to fall
down. But starter Jorge Gutierrez soon came back in and found Plumlee for a three-point play that gave Brooklyn an
88-87 lead with 2:22 to play. Millsaps reverse layup gave Atlanta the lead again, and the Hawks got a break when an
original offensive foul call on Teague for charging into Gutierrez was overturned when instant replay showed
Gutierrez was in the restricted area. The free throws made it 91-88 with 1:46 remaining, and the Nets couldnt score
again before Teague put it away with two more free throws. Brooklyn led 23-16 after one but the Hawks turned
around the game with a 39-point second quarter, when Jeff Teague scored 14 points in 7 minutes. Much of that
came when he was against Marquis, a seldom-used player in his second season and first with the Nets after he was
traded this season from Chicago. Marquis Teague was forced to play extended minutes when Gutierrez picked up his
third foul with 5:40 left in the half and the Nets leading by two. Jeff Teague then scored 11 points in the final 5:16,
converting a three-point play when his brother fouled him and later making two free throws after beating Marquis so
badly with a crossover dribble that Marquis had to foul him to stop a layup. Notes: There was a moment of silence
before the game for Lou Hudson, the former Hawks All-Star who died Friday at 69. ... Williams was hosting 65
families of children affected by autism in luxury suites. Williams, whose son is autistic, was scheduled for a meet and

a 6-4, 6-3 win over Canadas Eugenie Bouchard.CHICAGO -- Hector Noesi made the request and eventually got the
result he wanted from Moises Sierra. That was a win for the Chicago White Sox. Noesis search for a victory
continues. Sierra drove in the winning run with a single in the ninth inning, and the White Sox beat the Cleveland
Indians 3-2 Wednesday night to complete a three-game sweep. "I think it was in the sixth inning I told him, Youve
got to do something for me," Noesi said. "He did it in the last inning." Noesi and Clevelands T.J. House each delivered
dominant starts. The Indians Jason Giambi hit his 440th homer, but the White Sox came away with their seventh
win in 10 games. Cleveland had just scored a run in the top of the ninth off Ronald Belisario (3-3) when the White
Sox answered in the bottom half against Bryan Shaw (1-1). Third baseman Mike Aviles bounced the throw to first on
Tyler Flowers leadoff grounder. Pinch-runner Leury Garcia stole second and moved up on a fly by Marcus Semien
before Sierra lined a 3-2 pitch to right for the winning single, teammates mobbing him around first base. "Ive done
that in the minor leagues before," Sierra said. "But never in the major leagues and Im very happy and very thankful
for that." It all happened after a botched throw on a routine play. "Routine ground ball, play thats gotta be made,
and I didnt make it," Aviles said. The White Sox took a 2-1 lead in the eighth when Adam Dunn drove in Gordon
Beckham with a bases-loaded sacrifice fly against Cody Allen, but Belisario couldnt hold it in the ninth. Michael
Brantley drove a leadoff single off the pitchers right hip, and the problems just mounted from there. The Indians
caught a break when Adam Dunn overthrew second after fielding Jason Kipnis grounder to first. With two out,
Belisario intentionally walked Giambi before Brantley scored on Yan Gomes single, barely sliding in ahead of a strike
from Sierra in right to tie it at 2-all. The blown save was the third in six chances for Belisario. The Indians took a 1-0
lead on Giambis solo homer off Noesi in the second. But Chicago tied it in the seventh when Dunn singled leading off
aggainst House and scored on a two-out base hit by Semien against Scott Atchison.
Jersey/]http://www.soccerspainfansshop.com/Marc-Bartra-UEFA-European-Spain-Jersey/ . Noesi, meanwhile,
dominated over 7 1-3 innings but still is seeking his first win in more than two years. "Hes really transitioned well
from going as the long guy in the bullpen to being a starter," manager Robin Ventura said. "I think hes gotten a
better feel for some different pitches just because now hes going through the lineup a couple times and hes able to
get a feel for it instead of being in there for an inning or an inning and a half." He gave up one run and five hits while
striking out five without a walk. But the winless streak continued. The right-hander is 0-4 in six starts and 12
appearances this season with Seattle, Texas and Chicago and 0-14 in his last 40 games. His most recent win? That
was when he beat Minnesota while with Seattle on May 6, 2012. House gave up one run and five hits in 6 1-3
innings and struck out eight while walking one. He left with a 1-0 lead after giving up back-to-back singles to Dunn
and Alexei Ramirez, who was thrown out trying to stretch it to a double. "On a night that were going home pretty
frustrated that was about an encouraging a start as youll see," manager Terry Francona said. "He was really good."
NOTES: The White Sox have not decided if slugger Jose Abreu (left ankle tendinitis) will need rehab at-bats, although
he is on course to return from the disabled list when hes eligible. "As of right now, there is not a plan for him to go
out," Ventura said. He doesnt expect Abreu to be limited when he returns. ... Francona said RHP Zach McAllister
(lower back strain) will throw Friday on the field at Progressive Field, possibly in a simulated-game setting. McAllister
was placed on the 15-day disabled list last Thursday and threw a 50-pitch bullpen session Monday. . Francona said
INF Nick Swisher (left knee) was examined and "structurally, hes pretty good" and had injections in both knees. "I
think that the initial view is that it wont be an extended DL," Francona said. ... With Kipnis activated from the 15-
day disabled list, INF Justin Sellers was optioned to Triple-A Columbus.

Richard Brennan, Brad Maxwell, Mike Peluso, Tom Younghans, Allan Rourke and Scott Bailey - are represented by
Robbins Geller, the firm that won over $7 billion for victims of the 2001 Enron fraud. "As opposed to other elite-level
ice hockey organizations, like the European ice hockey leagues and the Olympics, the NHL fostered and promoted an
extremely physical game of ice hockey," read the complaint. "Through enclosed rink designs and lax rules for
fighting, the NHL vectored a culture of extreme violence and packaged the spoils to adoring fans. "The NHL has failed

including concussions, the NHL has failed and continues to fail to warn its players of the risks to their lives and the
devastating and long-term negative health effects. In fact, the NHL affirmatively concealed specific anecdotal
evidence from players and scientific evidence about the health risks and consequences associated with playing in the
NHL, including head injuries. To maintain its billions in revenue, the NHL also purposefully failed to institute policies
and protocols that would protect its players from exacerbating injuries sustained during practice or in games." The
NHL will release a statement on Thursday afternoon addressing the lawsuits. More to follow.

VANCOUVER -- Mike Benevides believes the toughest test for a young quarterback comes in his second start.
Ryan Bertrand Jersey . "Game No.
1 youre just trying to get through it," the B.C. Lions head coach said Thursday. "Game No. 2 you know youre the
starter. Theres a lot of different things. The opponent has some tape on you." Thomas DeMarco not only survived his
second professional start last week, he improved to 2-0 and will be going for a third straight win Friday night when
the Lions host the Saskatchewan Roughriders in a key West Division matchup at B.C. Place Stadium. The 24-year-
old from Palm Desert, Calif., who saw limited action as the Lions third-string quarterback last season, has been
thrown into the fire the last two weeks with starter Travis Lulay nursing a shoulder injury. "Hes a tremendous
competitor. Everything hes ever had to do, hes had to overcome (adversity)," Benevides said of DeMarco. "He has
tremendous poise. He has a way that the games not too big for him. Hes got a way to stay humble and stay loose
and relaxed. "Theres no doubt experience is not in his favour but what hes done has been quite amazing." DeMarco
has been efficient, if not spectacular, for the Lions (9-4), completing 39-of-65 passes for 435 yards and four
touchdowns against zero interceptions. He said that making his first two starts on the road, including 24-22 victory
over the Roughriders (8-5) in Regina and a 53-17 blowout of the Blue Bombers in Winnipeg last week, has been
beneficial. "I feel a little more comfortable. Its not my first play going in, but whether youre home or away youre
going to have those nerves," said DeMarco, whose team is 6-0 at B.C. Place. "Youre going to have that anxiety to get
in there and play well. "The biggest thing is the longer Im in there, the more comfortable Im going to get." DeMarco
got a big boost from the Lions defence in last weeks victory over Winnipeg that clinched a playoff berth. Adam Bighill
was a catalyst with 10 tackles, a sack and two forced fumbles. The third-year linebacker also had 30-yard touchdown
return of a fumble and was named the CFLs defensive player of the week and the defensive player of the month for
September as the Lions won their third straight. Lions cornerback Joshua Bell said the B.C. defenders are feeding off
each others energy. "You actually start salivating because you want to make the next play," he said. "Its like lions
on a big catch. Everybody wants a piece of that meat." The Roughriders, meanwhile, limp into the game having lost
four straight after ripping off wins in eight of their first nine contests. Saskatchewan quarterback Darian Durant has
three straight 300-yard passing games and six touchdowns over that span, but has been intercepted six times.
"Were definitely entering the most crucial part of the season," Durant said. "Were fighting for playoff seedings. "The
good thing about it is we can control our own destiny. We play these guys two more times." Fridays game also marks
the return to Vancouver of former Lions receiver Geroy Simon, who was traded to Saskatchewan in the off-season.
The 38-year-old broke the CFL record for career catches last week in the Roughriders 17-12 loss to the Montreal
Alouettes. Saskatchewan expects to have star running back Kory Sheets in the lineup after he missed the last two
weeks with a knee injury. Sheets was a key to Saskatchewans early season success with a league-high 1,222 yards
rushing. "Hes certainly a big-time player and our guys are jacked up to play against him," Benevides said. "Hes going
to get his yardage. Hes going to make his plays. I think the biggest thing is how you approach it. I think it takes 12
men running to the football (on defence)." Saskatchewan can tie B.C. for second in the West standings with a
victory, while the Lions can pull even with the Stampeders -- at least temporarily -- ahead of next weeks pivotal
game at Calgary. The Stampeders host the Blue Bombers on Saturday. "Our mentality isnt to get a home playoff
game. Our mentality is to play at home the whole playoffs," Lions defensive back Korey Banks said. "Were going to
take care of our own destiny. The cards are in our hands and we like it that way." Follow Joshua Clipperton on
Twitter at (at)josh--clipperton Notes: The Lions will wear their black third jerseys on Friday night. ... Lulay will also
miss next weeks game at Calgary before being re-evaluated ahead of B.C.s Oct. 19 game at Saskatchewan.

struggling New York Knicks. The Clippers are 2-1 on this Staples Center marathon and recorded a 101-97 victory
versus the Utah Jazz on Monday, as Blake Griffin led the way with 24 points, seven assists and six rebounds. Chris
Paul had 20 points, eight assists, five rebounds and four steals, while Jamal Crawford and J.J. Redick recorded 17
points apiece for the Clippers. Blake was huge tonight, said Paul. We got stops when we needed to. Matt Barnes was
unbelievable on defense down the stretch. Barnes finished with 13 points and a career high-tying three blocks. Los
Angeles totaled 12 blocked shots on the night. The 12 straight wins over Utah are the most against any opponent in
franchise history. LA is 20-5 when scoring 100 or more points this season and is fourth in the NBA with 106.1 ppg.
The Clippers are third in field goal percentage at 47.2. The Clippers are 13-4 at home and will also entertain
Philadelphia, Atlanta, the rival Lakers, Dallas and Miami on the stay. Meanwhile, the Knicks hope to close out a three-
game western trek on a high note and have lost back-to-back games in Sacramento and Portland. New York dropped
its eighth straight game and fell to 5-28 on the season with Sundays 101-79 loss to the Trail Blazers, as Carmelo
Anthony finished with 13 points and five rebounds in just one half of action. He sat out the second half due to left
knee soreness. Tim Hardaway Jr. paced the Knicks with 17 points, while Cole Aldrich chipped in 12 points and career-
highs of 19 rebounds and four steals for New York, which is only 1-18 since Nov. 24 and 2-15 on the road. I think
the guys showed some grit and some toughness, said Knicks coach Derek Fisher. The Knicks are winless in their last
four road games and will play the next two games at home versus Detroit and Milwaukee. Anthony is probable
Wednesday and oft-injured forward Andrea Bargnani (hamstring/calf) is listed as questionable against the Clippers.
Bargnani has yet to play this season, his second with the Knicks. The calf is not 100 percent but its good enough to
play, Bargnani told the New York Post. It was a long process to get here to practice, I went through practice. Its good
enough to practice. Its good enough to play ... the calf is not 100 percent, but enough to be active. The addition
gives the Knicks another body. Anthony said Bargnani is another big man who can create space on the floor and
shoot the ball. Im excited to see him back. Im glad he worked through his injury, Anthony told the Post. Bargnani
hasnt played since last Jan. 22 against Philadelphia and averaged 13.3 points over 42 games in 2013-14. The
Clippers have won four straight and 13 of the last 18 games against New York. The Knicks will host the Clippers on
March 25 at MSG and are just 1-12 against teams from the Western Conference (0-8 on road). Anthony averaged

Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Mike Conley poured in a career-high 36 points and the Memphis Grizzlies
overcame an 18-point deficit in the fourth quarter to defeat the lowly Philadelphia 76ers, 120-115, on Saturday.
Memphis, which won its fourth straight game, came out sluggish after winning a double-overtime contest in
Charlotte on Friday and arriving in Philadelphia early Saturday morning. The Grizzlies can thank Conley, who scored
16 points in the fourth quarter and tied the game with a desperation heave as the buzzer sounded in regualtion.
Zach Randolph contributed 24 points and 11 rebounds, while Courtney Lee and Marc Gasol added 19 and 18 points,
respectively, in the win. A night after tying a season-low point total in an 88-70 loss to Brooklyn, the Sixers made
one field goal over the final 6:36 of the fourth quarter, then converted just one basket in the extra session. Michael
Carter-Williams was a bright spot for Philadelphia, although he committed three of his teams six turnovers in the
fourth-quarter collapse. Carter-Williams registered his fourth career triple-double with 16 points, 11 assists and 11
rebounds. Final Score: Houston 108, Denver 96 Houston, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - The Houston Rockets didnt miss
a beat without Dwight Howard in the lineup, but theyre still happy to have him back. Howard had 26 points and 13
rebounds after missing the last 11 games with right knee soreness and the Rockets defeated the Denver Nuggets
108-96 on Saturday night. Howard initially began to experience slight pain in his knee during Houstons Nov. 17
game against the Memphis Grizzlies and had platelet-rich plasma therapy to restore the cartilage in his knee. The
Rockets went 8-3 without Howard in the lineup. James Harden posted a triple- double with 24 points, 10 assists and
10 rebounds and Donatas Motiejunas added 25 points for Houston, which has won six of its last seven games.

BOULDER, Colo. [url=http://www.soccerbelgiumfansshop.com/Romelu-Lukaku-UEFA-European-Belgium-
Jersey/]http://www.soccerbelgiumfansshop.com/Romelu-Lukaku-UEFA-European-Belgium-Jersey/ . -- For a
team that built its reputation on stifling defence, fourth-ranked Arizona sure showed some offensive prowess
Saturday night. The Wildcats routed the Buffaloes 88-61 for their first win in Boulder since 1973. They did it by
holding Colorado without a bucket until 9:50 remained in the first half, then by shooting 84.6 per cent in the second
half. "They whipped us tonight every which way you can whip a team," Colorado coach Tad Boyle said. Freshman
Aaron Gordon shook off a poor performance at Utah last week by scoring 21 of his season-best 23 points in the
second half and Nick Johnson added 20 points for the Wildcats, who made 22 of 26 shots after halftime. "Weve had
a few shootarounds here, we felt comfortable in their gym, it all just clicked for us," Johnson said. It was a rare
breather for the Wildcats (25-2, 12-2 Pac-12), who scrapped their way through a series of close games since beating
Colorado by 12 in Tucson, Ariz., on Jan. 23, before close losses at Cal and archrival Arizona State dropped them from
the top spot in the AP Top 25. After that first game in Tempe, Buffaloes forward Xavier Johnson dissed the Cats,
saying, "theyre not that good." He also said that even without injured star Spencer Dinwiddie, the Buffaloes were
the more talented team and he suggested the rematch in Boulder would be a blowout. He was right, but it was the
Wildcats who made this one a laugher, not the Buffaloes, who were throttled by Arizonas suffocating defence and
their hot shooting hands. "I dont think you have any of our players saying anything negative about Colorado, saying,
Were going to win by 20," Arizona coach Sean Miller said. "We dont do that. For us, we have to play the right way.
We have to compete hard. And certainly we respect Colorado." Coming off an emotionally draining win over the Sun
Devils on Wednesday night that burnished their NCAA tournament credentials, the Buffaloes (20-8, 9-6) came out
ice cold, missing their first 14 shots. They trailed 22-5 before Jaron Hopkins sank a 3-pointer from the left side 10:10
into the game. That sparked a 16-4 run by Colorado -- with seven points coming from the free throw line -- to make
it 26-21 and force an Arizona timeout. The Wildcats settled down thanks to a baseline drive by Rondae Hollis-
Jefferson and a pull-up jumper by T.J. McConnell. The only field goal by a Buffaloes starter before halftime came on
Askia Bookers jumper with 2 seconds left in the first half. After a horrendous start, however, the Buffaloes clawed
their way back before Gordon sank three straight layups and Johnsons jumpers helped the Wildcats pull away. In
celebration of senior night, Boyle gave 7-foot centre Ben Mills his first start of his career. He took the place of Josh
Scott, who had started every game since Feb. 27, 2013, when he was dealing with a concussion. Scotts absence was
quickly felt as Colorado was outrebounded 6-1 and fell behind 8-1 before Scott replaced Mills 2:49 into the game. But
the Buffaloes didnt turn things around right away, as the Wildcats built those advantages to 10-3 on the boards and
14-3 on the scoreboard by the 14:39 timeout. Thanks to a 12-3 advantage at the stripe, however, the Buffs trailed
just 31-25 at the half after shooting 6-for-27 from the floor. Scott, who led the Buffs with 18 points, sank a jumper
to open the second half that made it a four-point game, but the Buffs couldnt get any closer and the Wildcats began
to pull away when Kaleb Tarczewskis 3-pointer made it 40-33. "I think we got a little jump shot-happy, but I think
thats a credit to them," Scott said. "I think we turned the ball over a couple of times at some key points in the game
and its mainly because they pack the paint." About the only thing the crowd had to cheer about by the end was Mills
3-pointer in the final minute, the first of his college career. The 27-point loss was the biggest at home in the Boyle
era, and he said it was particularly disconcerting with ESPNs College GameDay crew in town. "Our fans were so ready
for this game, for this win, and we gave them nothing," Boyle said. "Thats a sick feeling to go home with and to live
with. I havent been embarrassed many times as a coach, but I was embarrassed tonight at the way our team
played." His players were, too. "Were all embarrassed, man, really embarrassed," Booker said. "This is something
that, whether were on the road or at home, this should never happen again."

Christopher Del Bosco of Montreal. Duncan, from London, Ont., won the small final and is clinging to a tight lead in
the standings as he aims to become the first Canadian to win a mens skicross Crystal Globe. He has 361 points, nine
more than Austrias Andreas Matt with three races to go. "Its been a see-saw battle all year. Im happy to have the
red bib back," Duncan said of the bib given to the World Cup leader. "Everything is so tight and there are 300 points
up for grabs still." Duncan finished 26th at the Sochi Games last month. "It would be incredible to take home an
overall title. It would make it a lot easier to forget the Olympics," he joked. "Im happy with fifth but I felt I was
capable of a bit more today." Calgarys Brady Leman was right behind Duncan in sixth and Louis-Pierre Helie of
Berthierville, Que., was 11th. Mathieu Leduc of Comox, B.C., was 18th and Tristan Tafel of Canmore, Alta., was
24th. Gjefsen edged Swiss racer Fanny Smith, the 2013 world champion, with Ophelie David of France third and
Anna Holmlund of Sweden fourth. Thompson, the reigning Olympic champion from Whistler, B.C., won the small
final. She has a 75-point lead on Smith in the standings. "Now that the Olympics are over Im focusing on being
consistent and hopefully I can end the season strong and get the (overall)," said Thompson, who went 1-2 in the
Olympic final with her teammate Kelsey Serwa, who has taken the rest of the season off. "Winning the Crystal Globe
would be a great topper to the season and a reward for my consistency and all the work I put in during the off-
season." Danielle Sundquist of Calgary was 13th. [url=http://www.hockeycanucksauthority.com/igor-larionov-
